A bomb scare forced the Williston City Commission to relocate its meeting tonight.

The meeting was in session at Williston's City Hall when a note was discovered.

That note relayed a message involving the threat of an explosive device.

The City Hall building was safely evacuated and the meeting was relocated to a different building.

The Williston Police Department is actively investigating the matter.

If you have any information regarding the incident, you're asked to call 701-577-TIPS or 701-577-1212.
