Young kids learn about Halloween

Experts say hands on learning is one of the most efficient ways to retain information.

The story-activity program is held in the imagination station for small children ages 3 to 6.
This week the kids learned about the significance of Halloween including what a ghost is all about .

"A couple of weeks ago they did apples, so the kids came home singing songs about apples and they just get excited about being able to learn something different and taking away like hey I can sing this song about these apples or this week they'll talk about their ghosts," said Minot resident Bridget Tofeland.
