Minot Man Charged With Terrorizing

Minot, ND - A Minot man is charged with terrorizing after, according to police, he brandished a handgun while driving away from a reported hit and run.

The incident started just after 1am today with a call of a hit and run at the Sports on Tap parking lot.
Police found the vehicle with a handgun in it at a downtown parking lot, and they found the alleged driver nearby.

That led to the arrest of 26-year-old Justin L. DeLeon of Minot.
His is charged with Terrorizing, Carrying a Loaded Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, and Striking Unattended Vehicles.
