Business Beat: Pie-N-Cone, Gate City Bank, & Rejuvenation Place

Three new businesses in three different spots across Western North Dakota.

In town or just driving by on the highway, anyone can stop into Pie-N-Cone in Sawyer.

A local resident opened the business in a building with rich history.

It was built in 1905 and has been a post office, grocery store, and now Pie-N-Cone.

You can find a little bit of everything in here.

There's groceries, coffee, baked goods, lunch specials, and a fan favorite, ice cream.

Along with that, there is a 24 hour gas pump.

The owner describes it as a place to stop in and get the essentials or you can come, sit down, and enjoy some coffee with friends.

Gate City Bank's Mandan location got some much needed updates this year.

The main street office got a total makeover, new windows, new floors, and even a new cookie oven for guests.

After 6 months of construction, and the bank staff working out of a trailer in their parking lot, they unveiled the new look in October.

"We updated the office as a whole. Everything from the windows, redid the exterior facility, updated the tile, added a cookie oven in the lobby," said Normam Clark, Southwest Regional Leader.

The rejuvenation place just opened 2 months ago in Bismarck.

They're located off Broadway in the downtown area and say their business is unique because it's family run and operated.

Rejuvenation place is the balance between dermatological medical needs, and a spa experience.

They offer european facials, microblading, IPL therapy, injectables- fillers and botox, microneedling, and make up application.

The co-owner says they've seen a great community response with customers coming back time and time again.
