Good Thursday Morning! Did you know it's unusual to have this many cloudless days in a row? I've been calling this the Groundhog Day forecast since it has been the same pretty much all week. We start the morning off mostly in the 40s with the occasional 50 in Eastern Montana and a few areas in the east in the upper 30s. Clear skies once again today with highs warming into the lower to mid 70s. Winds will increase today from the southeast to around 10 to 20 mph. Gusts could get to around 25 mph but they'll die down in the overnight.
Tonight, lows will cool to the 40s & 50s. That's warmer than normal considering the average lows are around 40 degrees. A increase in clouds heading into Friday morning will bring only a 20% chance for a quick shower in the west. Don't be surprised if the clouds are a bit stubborn tomorrow morning. Highs will return to the 70s with southeast winds kicking up to around 10 to 20 mph.
Saturday, mostly sunny with highs returning to the mid to upper 70s. We pick up with our rain chances late Sunday afternoon as a low pressure system makes it's arrival. It will slowly move through next week and bring continuous rain chances with cooler highs into next week.
