Rauschenberger pleads guilty to DUI

Bismarck, N.D. - North Dakota Tax Commissioner Ryan Rauschenberger pleaded guilty to DUI. 

For the plea, Rauschenberger will pay $1,250 in fines and will face one year of unsupervised probation. 

The Tax Commissioner was arrested for DUI in late September. 

At the time of arrest, he had a .206 blood alcohol content. 

Rauschenberger has said he will seek further treatment. 

This is his second alcohol related incident since being appointed to the position in 2013.
