No Injuries In Early Morning House Fire

An overnight house fire in northeast Bismarck caused about 50-thousand dollars worth of damage.

Bismarck fire officials say the fire on East Boulevard Avenue was reported around 1:30 AM Friday morning.

The lone occupant of the house woke to the sound of a smoke detector, then evacuated the home without injury.

A team of 21 firefighters were able to get the fire under control in about 15 minutes. It was fully extinguished within a half hour of arriving on the scene.

The Bismarck Fire Departmnet is still investigating the cause of the fire.
