A weak low pressure system and front will continue to move out of our area tonight and tomorrow. In the wake of this system, a ridge of high pressure will continue to develop across the Northern Plains. This high will slowly move to the East with only a slight chance for scattered rain/storms Tuesday night & Wednesday. After this next slight chance for rain, expect more sunshine and warming temperatures through the end of the work week. It will become a little breezy at times as temperatures climb above the seasonable norm and into the upper 80s. This weekend will bring our next cold front and another round of scattered rain & thunderstorms. In the wake of a weekend cold front, expect cooler temperatures followed by more sunshine & lower rain chances for Labor Day & through the beginning of the work week.
Tonight will bring clear skies with a cool feel and a few in & out clouds. Lows will be in the 50s with a few 40s and a NE/East wind 2-10mph.
Tuesday, expect plenty of sunshine with seasonably warm temperatures and a light breeze. Highs in the 80s with an East & SE wind 5-15mph.
Tuesday night, gradually increasing clouds with a chance for scattered AM rain/storms. Lows will be in the 50s with an East/SE wind 2-12mph.m 30% chance for rain.
Wednesday, rain chances will come to an end followed by clearing skies. Highs in the 80s with a SE wind 5-15mph G20. 20% chance for rain.
Wednesday night, expect fair to partly cloudy skies with a mild feel. Lows on either side of 60 with a SE wind 5-15mph G20.
