Heroin overdose saved by Naloxone

A 31-year-old woman from Bottineau was saved by Naloxone after a drug overdose in Bismarck Sunday evening.

Bismarck Police, Bismarck Fire, and Metro Ambulance responded to the 1100 block of Bozeman Drive at 7:34 p.m. The caller reports he found his female friend in his room convulsing and located a syringe in her bra area. Paramedics administered Naloxone and the female became somewhat conscious and alert. She was then taken to a hospital for medical attention.
