Today we have been seeing mostly cloudy skies with some clearing and another round of unseasonably warm temperatures. Highs are expected to be in the 50s & 60s across most of the state with a few areas in along the South Dakota border reaching near 70. Mild conditions will be interrupted by a cold front that will move through the Dakotas tonight & Saturday. This system will bring some scattered light rain to parts of Western ND this afternoon & Evening. Tonight, another round of developing showers is expected and the southern third of the state will be impacted. This weekend will start off with scattered showers clearing out on Saturday and temps topping out in the 40s, before we see more sunshine. Temperatures will fall back into a seasonable range and settle to highs in the 50s. Sunday night & Monday will bring another chance for rain with breezy winds as a second front moves through the Northern Plains. The rest of next week will bring in & out clouds with plenty of sunshine and seasonable temps.
Tonight, mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain (South) developing after Midnight. Lows in the 30s & 40s with a NW/North wind 2-12mph. 30% chance for rain.
Saturday, scattered rain will continue early with mostly cloudy skies and some clearing late. Highs in the 40s with a North/NE wind 2-12mph.
Saturday night will bring clearing skies in the wake of a front. It will feel chilly for most of us. Lows in the 30s & near freezing with a light SE wind 2-10mph.
Sunday, expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with seasonable temperatures and winds becoming breezy. Highs in the 50s with a SE wind 10-20mph G30.
Sunday night will bring increasing clouds, followed by rising rain chances as a system and front approaches Western & Central ND. Lows in the 40s with a few 30s with a SE/NW wind 5-15mph G25.
