At 5:58 a.m., Bismarck P.D. responded to a medical assist at the 3100 block of E. Rosser Ave. Upon arrival to the location, they were led into an apartment where they found a 47-year-old Bismarck woman unconscious and not breathing over the kitchen table.

The officer grabbed his narcan nasal spray and administered it to the victim. She regained consciousness seconds later and began breathing normally. Metro Ambulance arrived on scene, but she refused medical treatment.

The victim then showed police her drug paraphernalia with heroin residue. She has not been criminally charged.
